Welcome to the Flow Room©

Find all the classes below! With classes ranging from 15 minutes to almost 2 hours, you will enjoy a great variety of classes, yet not feel drowned with too many choices.

I curate all my classes and update them on occasion, which will be automatically added to their respective channels.

- Please take the time to scroll through the Important Reminders below -

Important reminders for your flow:

  • Your Flow, Your Music - Before you start, put on your favorite music and try to ensure you won't be disturbed. This is your time, your space, your practice. I love doing my own practice to music and I want you to enjoy the experience the same way. That's why the videos DO NOT have background music! Create your music list to accompany your flow OR, do it without if that's your preference.

  • Safety during your Flow - Practice SENSIBLY & RESPONSIBLY. Always consult your physician or medical worker for any health concerns.

  • Breathing Guide - Use your Ujjayi or Circular breath as your default breathing. Remember to press the lips firmly together and breathe through the nose.

  • Pacing - Do the practice at your pace. Pause and repeat sequences if you want a stronger session OR rest at any point you need to.

  • End of Practice - At the end of your Savasana, roll to your RIGHT if blood pressure is normal to elevated or to the LEFT if it's feeling a little low or are pregnant. Rest for at least one full breath. Use your top hand, press strongly into the mat and lift yourself off. Have one more breath in your seated pose. You can also go straight to this seated pose and have one last circular breath to end your class.

  • Repetition - I recommend that you practice the sequences for at least two weeks each.  This will give you time to go on the journey of going through familiarity (of the flow) to fluency (of the movements and breathing), then to a meditative state of practice.

Espresso Yoga Flows

The Espresso Yoga Flows are very short, single-pass quick hit of yoga to set yourself up well for a great day or decompress at the end of the day.

Replay as many time as you want, but these flows are specially for those who are time-poor and get overwhelmed by stress and the responsibilities of life.

TBH, I got inspired my by own personal yoga practice, even I don't have an hour in my daily life to do yoga. But I can always unroll my mat and just have a quick flow that's less than 10 minutes to reset myself or decompress.

Constellation Yoga Flows

The Sun Sign / Constellation Series© are Long (1+ hours) & Short (under 30 min.) classes that come in pairs.

The Constellation Series© are fun and adventurous flows that evoke the spirit of the sun signs/zodiacs. We use the sun archetypes to understand and balance the traits that we recognise in ourselves. This also helps to extend the same to others.

The constellations are inspirations to create new ways to move the body and to challenge the mind and emotions.

Adaptive Challenge Yoga Flows

The perfect series for those who have limitations - injuries, tightness, lack of strength, or any circumstance that limits your range or motion.

Good for beginners who want to start finding their version of poses to ease themselves into the practice. We will have flows that DO NOT REQUIRE coming down on your knees (ala Cat and Camel pposes), nor shoulders (ala Downward Facing Dog and Planks) or even standing up!

But they will still give you a physical workout while supporting your mental and emotional health through focus, concentration, self-awareness, non-judgement and acceptance.

Equinox Yoga Flows

These are short flows from 15 to 50 minutes. The Equinox Series© are variations of the traditional Sun Salutations and the Mad Yogi Moon Salutations.

These are beautiful short yoga classes that you can do in the morning to quickly invigorate and prepare you for the day or to help you relax at the end of the day. You can even do them at any time of the day for a nice de-stressing routine! Just hop on the mat and do one of the short classes.

They're enough to re-align you to YOU.

Mini Flow Yoga | Series 1
