The Practical Yoga Mini-Courses can help with that!

The collection helps you tap into your mental and emotional self-care delivered in practical, relatable and belief-neutral ways.

You have the option of getting individual mini-courses OR get the bundle and save big as mini-courses in the pipe-line will be added to the bundle at no extra cost (This will be up soon!)

​

The mini-courses are self-paced, so you can do them in your own time, but I do highly recommend to set aside a self-care routine for yourself.
