This Practical Yoga Asana Mad Yogi mini course will help you find your safe yoga alignment so you can do yoga safely, and in turn, it can help not just your physical state, but your mental and emotional health as well. There is much talk and even controversy over the idea of "alignment" in the physical practice of yoga. What we will go through in this "mini" but comprehensive yoga course is not any other yoga teacher's idea of what proper alignment is (even traditional ones) but how YOU can find your own alignment that's bespoke to your unique body, injuries, limitations, ranges, and goals in a safe and self-accepting way. I always say in my classes - "There is no right or wrong (alignment), but if there were; right is what feels good and wrong is what will lead you to injury.". This holds true in this mini-course.
